Unbelievable to go from such a great ruling from the District court, to confirming tyranny is rampant in our upper echelons of "government."

I don't think Gura expected them to grant it. It was necessary for the path to the Supreme Court. So yes, SCOTUS is next.

Not surprised at all to see the outcome from the (3) crooked Judges. Its funny how ONLY (3) judges in all of Maryland are granted powers to define the State. If you look close enough, you can see the strings attached to these (3) puppets of the State.

Cert petition coming shortly, I'd think. Nothing says it will be granted, of course, but there's little sense in not appealing CA4's ruling.

The 90 day clock on IL runs out (I think I saw yesterday) May 23 (or close to there).

I doubt Gura will file until after IL either petitions or let's the clock run out.

curious, what is the advantage of waiting? why wouldnt one get the ball rolling and let the judges decide which case they want to hear?
