    I like how they ended it too...

    All that would change is that this Court would put the Second Amendment on an equal footing with its constitutional neighbors.

    I really like the prior restraint angle that these latest round of briefs are taking. You can have 1 amendment in a vacuum when it comes to enumerated rights, but not 10.

    Prior restraint in a 2A context has been a total dud of an argument. It's a correct argument, but courts always ignore it, as if it was never said.
