The birthday bunny brought me a new ultrasonic cleaner as my older one had gone west. This is the one I have now.
I have used it about 10 times including cleaning 5 suppressors. I am very happy with the way it heats and cleans. I have read where some buyers thought it cleaned too slow but my experience is that it heats just fine. From room temp to 50*C, it takes about 25 minutes which I think is reasonable for such a small package. As for size, it works for me as I can put my longest suppressor, a Griffin Paladin 300 in it as well as the slides off my pistols.
The best test was with my Dead Air Mask .22 can which was loaded with carbon and lead. Just for the hell of it, I put it in carb cleaner, didn't do anything, tumbled with walnut shells for two hours, didn't do much and put it in the US for a 30 minute cycle. I used a 50/50 Simple Green and water in a plastic baggy and when I took it out, it was probably 99% clean. One baffle had a little lead on the outside near the center.
I'm a happy camper and can recommend this ultrasonic cleaner.
