Wow that's so awesome and only 5 minutes from work :party29:
    see ya soon

Hope to see you soon. Check our website (http://www.tylerfirearms.com/) for store hours for the day (upper right corner). I don't always know when I'm going to open the store till later in the morning. I'm still working another job until the store makes enough money to be able to give myself a paycheck.

I post the hours for the day as soon as I know I can get to the store to open it. Most days are 1:00 or 2:00 till about 6:00 or 7:00. I tried weekend hours and have done nothing on the weekends, so I don't normally open on Saturday or Sunday. I will probably open later today for a guy who wants to buy one of the Savage's I have in stock. I'll post it on the website when I know.

With the recent closing of Constitutional Firearms, I am looking for a reliable shop to send my strudents to an to handle the transfers of my instructor purchases. Looks like a road trip soon!

Mike you won't be disappointed with Tyler. I got along well with Paul Shinol until he wanted to charge me a $75 transfer fee on a 60's Winchester. He'll call me cheap, and has, but that just doesn't seem commensurate with the effort involved to me. I didn't know at the time that the shop was in trouble.

So I went to Chuck and he charged me his NRA Member Rate. I'll tell you this, I like Chuck, and I like what he's doing. If he told me he wanted a partner, I'd be in. Being a customer is a no-brainer.

After great deliberation (and many hours spent arguing with the wife (aka business partner), our transfer fee have changed. She handles the money and I handle the guns. Unfortunately, sometimes money wins.

Please see our website at http://tylerfirearms.com/transfers.php for more details.

I was wondering how the heck you guys could transfer for 1/3 of what other vendors are charging and remain in business. You guys were way below everyone else in price.

The pricing now seems like the lower end of market rate for the region, nothing wrong with that.

We were able to remain in business the way we were, but the problem has been that people are transferring in guns that we have in stock and not even asking what our price is. I've transferred so many guns that people bought online that my price was lower than what they bought online. If we're going to become a transfer agent and not a dealer, then so be it...LOL. Business is business. Our business model allows us to change gears very quickly depending on what the market does.

    They say "have a plan B". We have a plan B, C, D, E F, and G...LOL

OP updated with current pricing effective 9/2/2014.

What problems are you having with our site? Is your firewall blocking it, perhaps? If it's at work, most employers block gun sites.
