I have a customer looking for Deckhands - Mates- or Pilots , can start out as a deckhand and work your way up.

Sounds like a wonderful job for a young person to work their way up. HS education and make good money. The company also pays for higher education and insurance on first day.

    Pilots make 200K a year (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) .

PM me for more information i will give you contact info.

This for real? I thought you really needed to be "connected" or "in the family" to grow into a Bay Pilot. Sort of like you don't just "start" a tugboat business in Baltimore.

Yes for real, trades are having a hard time getting folks. No experience needed to start as a deckhand . I don't know the deckhand rates but i would think it would be decent.
The engineer gave my brother cards to pass out , he is a good guy. We do work for them from time to time.

They pay for all education for advancement up the ranks. *** I should also say i am just a conduit for information it would be the person seeking a change in employment or new job to gather the information to say if it would work for you.***
