    Love the painted mags!

Thanks! I decided to paint the rifle one day and wanted some mags to match. There are like 10-12 paint matched and the rest are all regular steel GI mags. For this rifle I was going for something like a mid 2000s SEAL rifle. Fixed FSB, big old incandescent Surefire, and EOTech. Im very happy with. Shoots great. Alp the barrel chopping and internal work was done by Clandestine.

    John Galt Speaking.
Snowy weekend in New Hampshire, so I built the new AR I have been collecting parts for.

    Noveske flaired forged lower
    Noveske 10.2" 300 Blackout barrel
    Noveske NSR 9" hand guard
Stag lefty upper receiver and BCG

Right now, the trigger is milspec, but will eventually be something else.

I put 60 rounds of 220 subsonic through it (half suppressed and half unsuppressed) and it runs great. I think it may end up an SBR. For an optic, I'm going to go with a micro or two dot Eotech. (I'll change the rear sight to a folder.)
