^ Good stuff. Just added some steel mags to my inventory as well. I've got a BCM lower en route, which will be the basis of my SPR build.

That or he should host parties like the ladies do and take professional pics of our rigs :)
Since I don't have kids, it would be like having some yearbook photos for my rifle.
I can hear it now, Aww, here is a pic of junior in his best long range clothes ;)

You guys are cracking me up. Speaking of "awesomeness", I finally got my hands on a 14 inch Fortis Manufacturing REV ('cause some of us could use an extra two inches ;)). I've gotta do something awesome with this.

My usual AR again. I went with a Hogue grip once i realized the current Hk grip they are shipping rifles with is GARBAGE. (I had posted a WTB thread for one). This is the Hogue with storage and i absolutely love it.

Here's a pretty sweet build for your Friday:

Mega Arms lower (featuring a Battle Arms Development selector and a Umbrella Corporation Weapons Research Group Grip 23) with an upper equipped with a Fortis Manufacturing 12 inch REV and Aimpoint mount, iOCover, and of course, a BattleComp 1.0.

What're your thoughts on the new fortis aimpoint mount?

    Beautiful rifle btw!

looks like thats the only way it will fit on there, not enough clearance the right way because of the handguard.

im also not sure a mbus is a good idea on a gas block =/

Never know, some people might enjoy the smell of molten polymer and gunpowder...

Picked up my brand new KAC SR-15E3 IWS MOD1 from my FFL the other day. Very nice. Will post pics once I'm done making a few minor mods. :)

Sorry...I missed your question there. I like the Fortis Manufacturing mount quite a bit. It's very light and minimalist. I can't say that I've really run it hard though...yet.

No worries! Thanks for the input, I'm trying to decide between one of those and the standard larue
