    * * * UPDATE * * *

    I am sorry to flip on this offer, but at this time, bending of flats into receivers for pistols or SBRs will not be allowed at the AK build party.

    Only pre-October 1, 2013 receivers will be allowed at the build party.

    Still have room for 3 people, 4 AMD-65s?
    Wow... 4 AMD-65s? There is one slight problem with constructive intent of building a SBR when assembling an AMD-65 if you are using a 12.5" or 14.5" barrel. But there is a solution...

    You may bring the rear trunnion but you must leave the folding stock at home. Once your AMD-65 is built into a pistol configuration and the muzzle device is permanently attached to bring the barrel length to 16", you may then attach the stock to make it a rifle. I have a MIG welder and can permanently attach your muzzle device at the build party after the barrel has been populated.

    So please leave the folding stock at home. Everything we do at this build party must be legit and 100% legal. This is the only way that I will allow an AMD-65 to be built here.
