    I wonder what effect (if any) the MoCo county ruling would have on this law when the judge comes out with a decision? If he puts an injunction on the MoCo law, would it affect provisions of SB1 since they are many similarities?

    There's only one "Young" on this list and it appears this person voted Y. Only a politician can give this speech and then vote YEA for the pile of shit that it is. Unbelievable.

    He even said during it he was voting yes because he thinks it will get stuck down but some of it may survive… seems odd

    So know it goes to Senate.. where they can take it as it is... or try to hash out the differences... lets hope egos get into the way.. We know Clippinger has a big one.
    At least take the senate version. There is concern about 4-203 applying if you violate SB1, but SB1 senate version doesn’t have the ridiculous private property explicit permission and it’s 90 days and not 1 year.

    Hopefully this is a sticking point and it gets caught up
