Samco has .303 Ammo (any good?)

I have no idea on this stuff, however I've been told it's not that good.

A lot of "click-bangs" or "click-no-bang"

Stay away from that. In order best to ok. Greek HXP, south Africa and 70. Yugoslav. Corrosive but accurate

Personally, I would not spend 0.60/rd for corrosive, berdan-primed ammo from a questionable manufacturer (P.O.F.) when you can get new, non-corrosive, reloadable stuff for 0.75/rd.
