REPR regulated, LE901 not?

It seems to vary. I was just told my le901 is regulated. I am now sad and have to wait 6-8 weeks to get her home. :-(

Hoping I can change their mind when I go to do they paperwork.

The guy at colt knows its not regulated in Md. (had the Colt legal dept. look into it) but still wants to go through an FFL... Whatever. This crap in Md is getting retarded. I was just hoping someone knew a dealer that knows the laws.

It has to go thru an FFL for the 4473/Transfer (Federal). Not the MD 77R process.

Have you talked to any of the IP's yet?
