Recommendations for suppressors for "pinning and welding" (5.56 and rimfire)

It would seem my current list to pick from includes:
5.56:
Gemtech Patrolman
Gemtech Trek-II
Griffin Armament GP5

Rimfire:
I would think that any of above would work on a 15/22 barrel.

For rim fire, you really want a can that can be disassembled for cleaning. Don't use a sealed can for .22lr.

I just ordered a 22 supressor from the silencer shop. Sparrow 22 I think it's called, SS rated for full auto in 22 LR and up to 5.7. It looks to be pretty nice (won't know for sure until early next year!) $296 plus stamp

Rimfire bullets are either plated or straight lead, and thus tend to lead up your suppressor quickly.

Conversely, centerfire rifle bullets are almost all jacketed, and do not exhibit that behavior. The only time it kinda becomes a thing is with pistol calibers and .300 BLK subs. I shoot a lot of coated .300 BLK subs, so I tend to be a little more careful about giving that can a cleaning once in a while.

I usually alternate my Paladin 300 between 300BO and .223 and I find the .223 blows out most of the residue from the plated lead bullets. I throw it in the ultrasonic cleaner when I get 1000 of 300BO through it and that works out pretty good.
