Procedure to leave a positive review for a buyer

I sold an item & unable to locate procedure to give the buyer a positive review.

Any words of wisdom?

In the adds post feedback but i dont know if its visible after ad is closed

Go to the persons name click on it. When that opens up click their feedback stats. In the upper right there is a button to leave feedback. Go from there.

Clicking on persons name, only gives me

Ignore
Start Conversatuon.

It isn’t visible on the closed ad
