Last time I went to this shop, they had a lightly used Uberti 73 in 44-40 for $900. 20" barrel, stock.

Do they have a nearby outlet, or were you able to visit the Texas store? Would always be keen to visit a MidAtlantic region gun shop with a lot of lever actions on hand (although they never seem to sit on shelves, so this may be tough).

Avoid at all costs. Century's track record is horrible, and these shotguns are poorly constructed.

Not bad for someone who doesn't shoot CAS on a regular basis. Too bad he only shot two shotgun and five revolver rounds.
