Well if that's the case then I am thinking that they already sold lol. I will keep an eye out and maybe catch the next ones.

I wouldn't assume they were already sold. Rule of thumb is, if they sell, the seller is supposed to notify Chuck so he can remove the ad. If they're still listed, they're still for sale. So the 7/15 means the ad expires at the end of July. If items don't sell, most people ask Chuck to run the ad for another 6 months or they might put it in the SASS classifieds then.

+1 for what RedEye said. They are probably still for sale, just expired ad. Go for it, nice set of guns.

Took some family photos today after cleaning them. Two Ubertis, both .45LC, 5.5"; one from Taylor's and one from Cimarron.

Stoeger Coach Gun and a Uberti 1866 in .45LC.

Where did you get those grips from Hodgepodge? I need to get some replacement grips for my Dad's Uberti.

I was lucky enough to get the Winchester/Miroku 1873 Sporter with case hardening in 357 (albeit 20-inch round barrel) the previous year. Like it a lot, including the slick action. However the Ubertis are beauties and cost a couple hundred less. Perhaps Taylor can do the short stroking and only bump the price a Benjamin.

Similarly am considering an Uberti 1873 SAA in 357 to match my rifle. After Taylor tuning, they're still in the $475-600 range, which is very price competitive with Ruger options.

I have an Uberti Iron-Framed Henry, it's beautiful and slick. But it's not short-stroked, and it's in 44-40. I would love a short-stroked 73 in .357 as it's lighter than the Henry and the 66 and I can use it in Steel Challenge without crying about losing brass.

BTW, I've shot Ruger single-actions and Uberti single-actions. The Ruger is tougher and takes abuse better than the Uberti. But the Uberti is more authentic.

Wait for the next open house sale that Taylor does every year. They have some very good prices on some of their offerings. That's what I did..... :)

Added a 22LR/22Mag revolver to the stable recently so the 22LR rifle wouldn't be lonely ...
