Bean, No mud intended to be thrown in any direction by me. Keep in mind reloading dies are not always what the seller says they are.
The 'cheaperthandirt.com' link you posted is for Lee's cat #90921 which are steel (not carbide) dies. That (in and of itself) is not a big deal. What they are not telling the buyer (and a bigger issue IMO) is they are 'case forming' dies to build Nagant rounds out of 32-20 brass.
The link below to the same dies at midwayusa.com has additional info on them including some purchaser's reviews: http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=642108
Either way I do not own a set of the dies yet. From all I've read, producing safe and usable reloads for a Nagant revolver is not the same as building a bunch of 9mm or .357 rounds. I'd very much like to be able to reload my fired Nagant brass and produce cartridges close to original factory rounds in shape and performance. From these dies, I'm not yet convinced that's the case.
Before anyone undertakes reloading cases for a Nagant revolver, they should dig a little deeper and understand what they're getting into.
