I don’t think that W&C permit holders are allowed to carry in special purpose areas if that was what was being asked. No carry at all, permit or not

It's a good thing I don't have a carry permit, as I would likely be in continuous jeopardy.

I would have to espous the virtues of CMC, EBMD, and WWNC.

There's a Montana case about that working up the courts .

I would like to have seen Montana.

How the Hell are all cops going to know when a law is broken or not?

Uh... that's the feature of these laws. Make it so you just don't carry because it's too confusing. You can have your permit, you just can't use it.
