So I'm assuming since it died we won't be able to do anything until next year now or am I wrong? And as far as MSI goes, they only have a year left to get their money together? Have they made any comments or status updates?

The time frame is actually a year and a half, and MSI has been putting out updates. Are you signed up to receive their e-mails?

    Update?

I just wanted to let everyone know that I introduced a bill to repeal SB 281. It is located here:

    http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/webmga/frmMain.aspx?id=hb0306&stab=01&pid=billpage&tab=subject3&ys=2015RS

    Firearm Decriminalization Act of 2015

    Delegate Robin L. Grammer Jr.
    Legislative District Six

Hello! I'd like to ask: Whats the status of the bill? It went before a judge and I heard the audio of that, but I cant seem to find any info on the outcome. Was there a ruling?

The Police are not there when a violent incident occurs in the vast majority of the time. The recent anti-police movement BLM and so forth I saw NO one there that was a NRA member!

The NRA is the best friend of Law Enforcement excepting only the mostly administrative types who are virulently anti-gun, 2nd Amendment, reinventing the Constitution they swore an Oath to uphold.

Maryland Baltimore City/County are illegal alien sanctuary jurisdictions with the promise of allowing over 100,00- (refugees) mostly single draft age men from muslim country's which many have said are a national security threat.

How many deaths/rapes ,drunk driving crimes occur because of illegal aliens welcomed in the State of MD and how many legislators are held accountable?

Why is it illegal aliens can get drivers license's register to vote and vote yet when months later jury duty notices are sent the illegal aliens respond I am not a citizen and cannot serve on a jury.

What politician is held accountable for fraudulent voting which primarily benefits radical progressive(socialist) career politicians.

Yet we the mostly silent majority are burdened with endless gun laws which infringe on a Constitutional right!

You're saying a final decision was made? was anything released publicly?

There are two different aspects being discussed here. Del. Grammer introduced a bill to repeal FSA2013. That bill was heard but was never allowed a vote. The link that DCW pointed to is a current court case that is challenging the AWB and "High Capacity Magazine" ban.

The Bill and the lawsuit are two different things.

The bill mentioned in this thread did not pass out of committee and thus failed.

The lawsuit for part of the bill ("Assault" weapons ban and magazine capacity limitation) was heard back in March, we are still awaiting a ruling from the 4th Circuit.

This is the most recent thread for the lawsuit:
