Just double checking before I proceed. I have some AK parts kits and full receivers(Nodak) I'd like to get built into rifles. I'd like to have a licensed builder that lives in another state do the builds for me. Is this ok to do?

Is the receiver already registered and purchased before 10/1? If not I believe the answer would be a no, same as making an AR from a 80% lower.

If you already had the receivers then its no different than sending anything else out to a gunsmith. Duffys and a few others in state will build them for you too.
