Feb 4th rally?

I see several references to a 2A rally in Annapolis on 2/4 but can't find any details. Saw the thread about the bus from Howard Co in events but nothing about the rally itself in 'Events' or 'Md 2A Issues'. I plan to be there but where and when?

Tuesday, Feb 4th
Lawyers Mall (just outside the MD State House)
Annapolis, MD

11:30-1:30 for the main event (rally, speakers) per the MSI website. Get there early for parking, etc.

If you plan to visit your reps, sit in for statehouse or committee sessions, plan for a longer stay.
