They're currently out in the wild, albeit in very limited numbers. The first batch went to orders for their first responder program, so you likely won't see any at your local gunstore.

There were a few of the faux suppressor model on gunbroker going for MSRP+, if you're feeling wealthy.

As it sits, CZ is waiting for more of the base guns to arrive to be made into carbines and ship out to distributors. My guess would be another month or two at least before you see any first hand.
