Regardless Carbine or SBR, with the folding stock and a flash hider or suppressor, wouldnt it still be banned because it fails the above test?

This is the easiest fix, Md dealer either sells with advertised brake (which it comes with, as stated in the video) or sells it without muzzle device and the buyer finds appropriate brake.... Too easy!

Sadly my guess is they'll be hard to find for a while as with any new, highly sought after item.

Compensated for me, but for those thinking Fake suppressor will be turned into real, is the Fake a pistol barrel or is it a carbine length barrel with a backwards fake can extending behind the muzzle.
