I work in IT, there is no way they banned you from the website. From a technical aspect, it would take them a little bit of work to even do so, and some goon in the customer service department wont have access to do so.

Did you try clearing your cookies and browsing history?

Yes cleared cookies. When I wrote the complaint, I had to give my email.

It's only basspro no where else.

It seems quite odd. I don't know what else to think.

It can't be that hard to block someone when you give them your email.

    Wrong on every point.

    This.

You honestly mean to tell me that the people working the customer complaint box are going to have to the power to blacklist users of this site? His error doesn't look like an application error either, it looks like some sort of webserver error, but I am not not 100% sure because I am not seeing it myself. If anyone is blacklisting anything on BPS, it is coming from their security dept, not customer service.

FWIW the link given opened here immediately. In agreement though, clear your cache and cookies... If you really think they blocked IP, use a proxy server.

If unfamiliar with proxy server, try this real quick like.. https://hide.me/en/proxy

Have you tried logging in with your account credentials (user name/email address and password) using your girlfriend's phone? Do you get the same error message as on the Kindle?

Businesses don't block IP addresses. They want your money.

Run superantispyware, and malwarebytes to get rid of spyware. Clear out cache and cookies. Surf in bliss.

They probably blocked your ip address.

Doubtful, since a vast majority, and I mean VAST majority, of people out there use dynamic addresses. If they ban your ip, you might get a new IP tomorrow, and boom, you are in.

If they banned you, they banned your BPS account. Logging out of BPS (if for some reason you are still logged in), clearing your cache and cookies, and using another browser should get you in.

His BPS account might be jacked, too.

Now did someone from the store call you back or a corporate person? Normally when there is a complaint with a store, retailers will have someone from that store call to take care of it
