I can see the MGA passing that monstrosity of a bill while at the same time an additional bill forbidding insurance companies from underwriting such insurance.

The MGA couldn’t care less about Constitutionality or common sense.

LMAO, MGA going to push people back the NRA to be members and give them lots of money. Not because they want to, but because they need to for insurance the be compliant with the law. Way to fill the NRA’s coffers MGA!

This... It would defacto make CC illegal..

You have to have carry insurance..

    Also

    Carry insurance is illegal

I believe this POS bill HB430 was heard in House of Delegates Judiciary Committee today. Many of us were probably unable to attend the hearing because workin' to pay the man and all that.

Assuming that the bill that was heard by the committee is the same bill that is posted online, it would be a good idea if you were to contact each of the Judiciary Committee members to voice your opposition to it. You can contact the Committee members by email, phone or mail.

If this bill advances out of committee and makes it to the floor for sure you will be required to purchase some ******** liability insurance to express one of your God-given rights.

So, please contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee ASAP and tell them that this bill violates your civil rights, it's un-Constitutional and racist, and it will result in the broke state of Maryland trying to defend it in court at the expense of schools, roads and other more important priorities.

Don't wait. Contact these people and tell all your family and friends to do the same - especially if you're an Industry Partner.

    Did you call them?

Absolutely nuts if their umbrella isn't good enough.
looked at their options and writings, it MIGHT work IF it happened ON my property; but even then its $31/mo; might as well get the liability coverage from NRA or CCWSafe at that rate, its cheaper
