Thanksgiving is here, which reminds me of a story. Some 25 years ago I was sent to the principal's office for arguing with a teacher that wild turkeys could fly. Mind you I had seen it first hand. Individual thought is completely discouraged.
It's a little off topic, granted, but the school system fires me up.

My daughter asked me to take a look at a paper she wrote yesterday for a Politics class at Hillsdale College. None of this crap.

Hey, I treat all animals fairly (see #6). I eat them all and make sure they have adequate representation in my spaghetti sauce (and I encourage diversity - the more kinds of meat in meat sauce, the better).
In fact, next week I plan to make my venison sage-fennel sausage (which has some pork) and stuff it in a giant bird for dinner.
And, every deer that walked in front of my crosshairs to date, I shot. I have not discriminated on the basis of gender.
