They have to keep a list of buyers for the Fire Marshall. Every now and then they ask them for the list to make sure no one is over the legal possession limit.
I've never been ask for name or address when buying powder. I remember back in the seventies having to give name and address for any loaded cartridge that fit a handgun, that was short lived.
We sell sporting goods in Hanover pa usually has a decent stock. What he doesnt have he will order for you if you ask.
I went there today and that place is nice. I don't think I've seen so much stock. No 4895, though.
Looking for Varget once again.
Do any Maryland gun shops have it in stock ???
