Lou has a Bulgarian Mak that felt as good in my hand as it looked. I passed for now, but forgot to ask him: They're the Mak's that are NOT C&R, right? If so, I won't feel too bad.

MSI table was abuzz, as expected after the 1-2 punch of national voters telling O'Mao to get lost, and the 4th Circuit telling the MD District Judge in Kolbe v. Hogan to strictly scrutinize the MGA's FSA2013 product. Lots of people signing up, and I hope dblas needed an armed escort to safekeep all the new dues and HQL suit donations en route to the bank night drop. Hopefully a repeat tomorrow!

Totally missed connecting A1's display table with our IP here; drifted past it and didn't go back. Darn.

That's bad-arse right there. I spent all morning at the show helping a friend mind his tables (former president of BRGC), but in the few 'walk-arounds' I could spare I spent at the MSI booth, and letting people know around the show what 'we' are about, and how much it makes a difference. I've never been more proud or supportive of MSI than now. Regret I've taken a couple steps back in recent years.

I saw a sign that said "Please don't touch the machine guns" but it didn't connect. I thought it was a joke or something. Maybe in Chantilly, but in MD?? And the ATF was there, too!!

Your name came up several times, I mentioned that you and I had agreed that MSI 'really' needed a video screen that played a simple loop of average citizens using firearms normally; like target shooting, personal protection, hunting, competitive shooters, family outings, collectors (NRA museum is right around the corner), home protection, etc.

I like to say there are a lot of different types of kitchen knives. Fire extinguishers are good too, but lets hope we never have to use one.

Made the mistake of trying to drive over one of the snow drifts and bottomed out my car. Thankfully, a number of people stopped to help, and eventually got it out courtesy of someone with a tow rope. Gun show people are the best people! If any of you who helped are here, thanks! And I owe you a beer!

Correct Bulgarian Mak is not C&R
If you have your HQL he had a star super B for sub $300 which is a great shooter. Stars have nice crisp triggers.

Yes...South Carroll Sporting Goods had some ammo that was priced great.

Center aisle...next up from A1 if I am correct.

Too bad, I'd like one of each but the HQL requirement limits my freedom of choice. No HQL for me. I have a visceral reaction to fees and fingerprinting to exercise "rights." They're hallmarks of totalitarian police states.

Maybe the MD Dealers and other organizations need to get even more proactive about figuring out how to fund the HQL lawsuit while we enjoy the momentum created by Hogan's victory, and more recently O'Mao's political immolation and the Kolbe decision. Opportunity and time are a wastin. It's not likely to get any better than now.
