A1 Uniform's Howard County debut had a great setup with full auto love and the usual friendly service. Lou had some tempting trade-ins.

The Mrs. told me I could get the mini-gun if wanted to keep it in my bachelor pad.

Saw plenty of .22 ammo there and prices seemed to have calmed down from the last time. I didn't buy any though because I still have plenty for my personal use. Some F/A goodness there also. Lou had one gun that caught my attention but, I still have not done that HQL thing. Probably going to have to do it soon. Ran into a couple of good friends and wandered around the show with them for a while. Good thing that Precision Firearms wasn't there because we each would have probably left the show a few hundred dollars lighter!:innocent0

    I got some 22quiet that I needed
    10cents a round but I needed more.

I wish I had more time to talk to them about the full auto stuff at A1 but seeing all they brought did make me want to come by the store next time I'm in he area during the work day ;)

I think the bargain C&R was the Yugoslav 24/47 at Shooters discount for $200

I was there all morning with a buddy (former president of BRGC).

Wish I had known A1 was there, would have liked to have introduced myself.

Did get to chat with Lou, had to walk away when some of his (dirty) jokes had gestures to match. LOL.

I plan to be there by 1100 and will have a Harrington & Richardson M1 Garand with LMR barrel for sale, $995, along with a "corrected" Winchester M1 Carbine with flip sight and early features and WRA/GHD stock, $1,250 out the door.

Will be wearing either an ARMY or a RANGER ball cap...old guy.

I looked for you to have a table there, but you didn't. Really wanted to talk to you about a carbine there for $900. There were two. Inland and IBM. I just don't know enough about them.

Hmm I see no powder. Some expensive primers. 75% full of vendors.
Missed you. I was there from 11 or so until 2:15.

I am a little disappointed the precision firearms is not here. I was looking for some quality ar parts.

I was disappointed to but I will see him in Harrisburg next weekend!

... Was a good price but I didn't bite. Got 4 .30cal ammo cans for $20, Surefire M4 light for $40, and some other random chit.

I almost bought one of those Surefire's. I meant to go back and forgot. Good deal on them for sure.

Man, they had so much full auto goodness. I would have been living in my car :sad20:

The Mrs. and I had a really good time.

I picked up some great priced 380 Auto for a friend of mine, and it turns out I bought it from an IP and didn't even realize it 'til after. Thanks South Carroll Sporting Goods, I am definitely coming to visit the shop in the future.

Met Greg and Michael at A1, (they are doing my uniforms now for my company), and they were super folks. Thanks guys!!

Lou had a Webley & Scott 600 that my Mrs. loved but just was still on the fence about, I almost went back later this afternoon and snagged it up because it was such a smokin' deal. I'll probably kick myself in the ass for not going back down there and getting it.

Then...we saw Mr. H, at Gus's booth. I was looking at an older Rem. 870 Trap (that could have had a little better price tag attached) and Mr. H. comes along and starts talking about this "monkey gun" thing. He showed us one, and my Mrs. was very intrigued by it. Was never on her radar, and we had never heard of such a thing. Well...we'll be getting one now after an afternoon of researching them. Gonna' hang a light/lazer combo on the front and burn some ammo. Thanks Mr. H., good karma on that one. When we read your post about going back, the Mrs. said she knew you would.

Been a fun day. Almost bought an old Winchester Trap pump gun today too, just couldn't wrap my head around the bottom loading deal.

The one thing I DID learn today is that I need to start carrying more cash.

I may have some 22 Quiets I can let go. Send me a Pm and let me know how many you're looking for.

There was a new shop there. Murray's Ordinance Armory from Beltsville. Jimmy was a real nice guy. They were setup on the left side if you were standing at the entrance. Nice selection of stripped lowers and suppressors. Dealer for SilencerCo, AAC and I think Gemtech. They are working on becoming an IP here. Glad to hear more people are opening up stores. Website is not too good at all right now, but they are working on it. www.murraysarmory.com

Can someone elaborate on the sure fire lights please?

They were rough, not dented, but worked fine. No paint on them really. Had picitinny mount. I don't recall the model. I am trying to recall but I think they were in a box about the second row from the far end. We started from the back and worked our way up front and saw them early.

Crude picture of a table, but they were about where the x is if you are looking at the back of the building. Again, 2nd or 3rd to the end, IIRC.

Nice show today. Lou had an unissued, full-o-cosmo, as-new Polish M44 that I couldn't pass up. Saw lots of vintage rifles throughout the hall that were tempting.
