Considering a move from MD to DE
I am considering a move from the commie state of MD to a more tax friendly DE. Problem is, I legally own some NFA firearms, and apparently DE does now allow short barrel items or suppressors. What are my options? -

A Kalifornia case that bears watching... It appears that in the judges opinion, if you have already been approved to CCW, or if you have the equivalent of a handgun permit, the waiting period between purchasing and receiving your purchase is unconstitutional. At least that is how I read...- Mega
