I thought that I read the County Commissioners proposed (and the Attorney General gave a "blessing") using "regular tax revenues" to fund a "Stormwater Management Fund." Which is better than an additional tax and hopefully will not result in the increase in property taxes.

In my opinion---.410 is too small unless you are standing next to the bird---rare. A 12 gauge is perfect but a 20 gauge will work. Go buy "turkey loads"---many companies make ammo with said designation. This will not be like "dove hunting" with multiple shots--in fact just getting one shot...

I never heard of that club but I have heard of: Pilot Town Rod and Gun Club. That is in Port Deposit. I sent an email a few weeks ago about how to become a member but never received response. However, I have been told that it is an active club with small range.

Google how to replace. When you take the access cover off the unit you will see the capacitor. If the capacitor is bad it will be "bulged" (like a soda can left in the freezer (but prior to blowing).
