      :shocking:Oh no!!! I would hope not. I'm trying remain hopefully even though Baltimore City is hopeless right now. Things (probably) change if they enforce tougher sentences for criminals.

      From my experience, in Baltimore City had it ups and downs. I remember I had to call 911 and the line was busy for 3-5 minutes before I got through. Then, I was placed on hold for another two minutes before someone assisted me. I am glad that I didn't had just a second to rely on law enforcement...
