      I ended up getting a low profile BP-02 AK to Weaver Mount and a good deal on a used Vortex Strikefire. Total setup came to $200 with shipping fees. Hope to get it to the range this weekend.

      Just finished redoing my wasr furniture last night. I decided not to mess with mixing up a color and just used Minwax Red Mahogany and minwax fast drying polyurethane spray. 2 evenings of work to complete.
