      Have a psa 16" m4 hammer forged upper and it is great. Best deal available right now imo. The label on the box is small but the UPS driver knew what it was when he delivered it to my house so be careful.       I know that Gun Connection had complete CMMG lowers for a little less than $300. U can buy them from out of state or the internet but then u would have to pay ffl transfer fees. Im not sure about taxes tho. Call them because its pretty far from montgomery co. Good Luck

      I actually just got mine today from UPS. So I don't know how reliable it is first hand but from research and word of mouth the PSA upper seems to be the best for the money.       Get a CMMG complete lower from Gun Connection for around $300 then get a complete upper from Palmetto State Armory for about $450. Order from their website they will deliver right to your house. That is $750 total. Spend the rest of your money on ammo and optics.

      I heard from a gun shop owner that they are sometimes out of spec. Wasnt sure if that was just a sales pitch to get me to buy the spikes lower or not. Figured I couldnt go wrong with spikes anyway so I bought it instead.

      Kinda funny how the shift button is so small but it can make a 14'8" difference. Has anyone had trouble with PSA lowers being out of spec?
