Here's my very first handgun, a G19. Have already put 3000 rounds through it since early June.

G4 22, G3 22 LE trade, G3 30 SF, G4 27 and a rare break open single shot model

The LE trade has night sights and was $400 in my hand. It is my home defense rig (22 round mag). The 30 SF I just got on impulse and I love it! I can see why guys love .45 so much.

I find you don't need grip extensions on the 30. However I wouldn't want to shoot a 26 or 27 without them

That trigger looks like it would solve my biggest problem I don't like about glocks. What is it? It suddenly has me jonesing for a g30s.

The peirce floorplate for the 30 doesn't make it any longer, but is shaped and textured FAR better, great improvement. I tried a couple extensions on my G27, the X-grip with a G23 mag is really comfy, and adds 4 rounds, but the GAP plate is my favorite, same short concealable length as stock 9rd mags, but the shape helps control every bit as good as a pinkie extension, and helps with mag extraction drills.
