ltns.. let us know how it goes.
I walked out of my house a law-abiding citizen, I ran errands, and returned home as a law abiding citizen. Just like every day.

Considering the people Lanier and her staff are writing to are functionally illiterate, taking writing classes would be a waste of time.
I'm not liking this! It's a trick, folks, don't do it! And even if it's not a trick, good folks are still going to get screwed, I can feel it!

I have found mpdc4511 and several other MPD officers I have known for over 15 years to be quite literate. Chief Lanier on the other hand NOT SO MUCH!
Another reason MD will never win. People are SCARED. Nut up and do it. A few hundred of us did last month in Denver where open carry is ILLEGAL.
How about giving the chief and her staff some written composition classes?
Apparently they skipped that class.
Her directives were clear as mud to many.
Nice to see u post!!! Its been a while. I was just talking to the range staff who advised me there are only 3000 registered guns in dc and I told them I know the guy who is 1/3 or all registered firearms hahaha. Hope you and Jack are well!!!
If I'm not mistaken, I think 3000 is the handgun number. I've read that the total number of guns is something like 40 - 50,000.
I registered my CMP M1 yesterday and one of the Officers was telling me how much he wants one. We got so wrapped up in the M1/CMP conversation that he forgot to charge me! I had to mail him 13 bucks when I got home.
In contrast, the civilian employee that escorted me out was telling me how "dangerous" the CC ruling is and that the 2A was for guns like my M1.
I'm curious why you chose to register your CMP M1? NOT attacking you, just curious. If I'm not mistaken, I think 3000 is the handgun number. I've read that the total number of guns is something like 40 - 50,000.
