how do i get involved? i wanna do this stuff. where can i practice? anyone have property?

a lot of events are listed on this Competitive Shooting section. also go to idpa and uspsa websites and call around to your local ranges. i don't really have any place to practice, so am just treating all the events i enter as continuing practice. of course can always practice draws, sight picture, trigger, reload and the like at home, of course with unloaded guns.

To add to the list I would also suggest coming out to watch an event so you get a better idea of what is expected and what kind of gear you will need. A little recon never hurts!
