    FWIW, I've put ~2000 rounds of WWB 230gr. ball target through my XD-45 tac, and have not had a single failure to feed/fire. Only "issue" I have with that ammo is that it runs more dirty than most other 45ACP loads I have tried.

    Perfect example -

    This is a WWB 230gr Ball round that would not fully go into battery, it may be hard to see, but there's roughly .018" of area where the casemouth was crushed into the round, the OAL of the case is roughly .920", where (IIRC) the trim-to length should be .898"

    If you look closely at the light reflection, you'll see a change in the angle of reflection, that's the area that was crushed into the round.
