Boss asks me to go have a smoke get outside then he tells me he has to go buy em. We get there he goes inside I look at the building 901 NY ave (if you know the area I was on K street. I look thru the building and I can see the cops still talking to people

Robbery fear is usually when a weapon is stated or implied but not observed. Or robbery through threats.

Say I walk up behind you and stick something in your back and say I've got a knife give me your wallet. You didn't see the knife so you can't confirm its a knife.......robbery fear.

Or I say give me your wallet and raise my fist like I'm going to hit you.

I work for MPDC and have for 11+ years, I can tell you in the district I work in robberies are out of control. Upper NW (Petworth Area to Silver Spring county line).

Aside from the one in the tidal basin, the other two popped up where they usually do when someone drowns up river. Usually surfacing around Georgetown Boat Club, just above Key Bridge on the DC side. When they catch the tide just right, they'll make it a little further before being spotted, say GT Waterfront-Kennedy Center.

True, but there were no reports of anyone going in the river from up stream I am aware of. Slipping and falling in is a possibility, or being dumped. no reported cause of death yet AFAIK.

If they went in above Little Falls Dam, their bodies usually get trapped there.
