Winchester USA Forged Ammunition

Anybody shot this stuff yet? I just picked up 300 rounds of it over at Bass Pro (I hate them but their in-store pickup is at least somewhat painless) for about 18cents/rd.

I was going to buy some but decided against it after reading a few reviews. Figured for a couple bucks more I could get actual Federal ammo that I know should work.

I just can't get myself to pay 18c/round for steel cased 9mm when I can get brass cased for 21c/round delivered to my house all the time.
