where do i find the c&r on atf website

where do i find or go to get the c&r form sent to me. can't find it on the atf website. is it the same as form 7 ffl liscense

Yep, form 7

The link I used to get the form is currently down. I'm not sure if it will be back up soon or if they've moved it... they do from time to time. There is a form 7 for 01FFLs, but it is not the same as the curio form. The curio form is designated specifically F7CR
