I like them all(and more) but voted Cold Steel because I'm a fan of big folding knives and nobody makes them bigger. One of my EDC knives, custom Cold Steel Voyager...

    Voted for Benchmade.

EDC- Benchmade Griptilian, love the axis lock. Affordable enough that I don't worry about beating it up or losing it.

Utility- Buck folder, can't beat a classic.

I carried my Benchmade 722 tanto for 12 years and it never let me down.
My girlfriend got me a SOG powerlock multitool 2 years ago for my birthday, and it is amazing the quality of it.
I just received my Zero Tolerance 0300 a few days ago, and the overbuilt-ness of it is awe inspiring.

Love my Kershaw Skyline, but it's really the only knife I've ever known, lol.
Blade is sharp as balls and it doesn't interfere at all when I wear it on my running shorts.

I usually opt for Benchmade folders. Usually my EDG is a MelPardue griptilian.

For autos I like Gerber. I like carrying the Propel auto with black tanto.

Fixed. I like KaBar Marine and Coldsteel ReconScout. 7" blade is minimum for a fixed blade but plenty long.

I want a good Kukri, maybe Coldsteel. I'm also thinking of a Spyderco Tenacious or the bigger Military.

For a folding knife, I have a Spyderco Delica that I carry nearly every day. Great knife.

I use a fixed blade knife for field dressing when I hunt. It's a Knives of Alaska Alpha Wolf-can't say enough good things about it.

I've owned Bucks, Gerbers, and SOGs. The first two went cheap and I think some/all are made in China now. My vote is for the SOG brand. That's what I'm carrying now.
