The case for .357 Sig is the same diameter as .40 and 10mm. A carbide die doesn't require lube and a carbide die in .357 Sig is super expensive.
I resize/de-cap with the .40 die and hand prime the cases (I do not like the Lee safety prime). I then go progressive and size with the .357 Sig die, sans decapping pin. Because the body was already sized with the .40 die, I am only sizing the neck and don't have to "muscle" the press. It makes consistent seating depth and crimping much more repeatable.

Got it! For me, with 5 stations in the lnl-ap, I could do the same, including priming, in one pass. The only pistol rounds I prime by hand are .45 acp, to avoid small primer/large primer issues.

I might have to give that a try...

That's an interesting way to arrange the loading bench. Most people put it against the wall. I take it you stand to do all your press work?
I'm with PowPow. You need some chairs on wheels or at least a stool.

I decided to finally go "heavy" with my 6.5 X 47L and loaded up a ladder of 143 grain ELD-X bullets. I usually shoot the 123 SST and they fly well but with BC's in the 6's, I'm banking on these to shoot really well. Used Varget instead of RL-15 this time just because....

Loaded test loads for 17 Fireball, 280 AI, and 338 RCM. Range day next week. Been trying a new method of finding sub MOA loads faster using quickload and so far it has worked every time.

Trimmed 120 .308 cases. Now neck turning and primer hole trimming.

Just picked up a Lee 3 jaw case holder and spindle to try to save my hands...

Forgot to mention - using the RCBS 3 way cutter. Great time saver! Trims, deburrs, and champhers, all in one step!!
