Obviously not. Therefore how can carry permits be constitutionally permitted under Bruen?

The HQL was struck down partially because of this.

If an HQL is not permissible, how can any carry permit be permissable?

    Thoughts?

One step at a time. Play the incremental game that has been used against us.

If the state either loses en Banc if they do not appeal, the time is now. This should be MSI’s best time to put a dagger in any permit scheme nationally

If we don’t win the WH, this could be our last opportunity

You cannot license an enumerated right

What a way to go. Permits struck down nationally

No, it’s time to go for the jugular.

    Fvcking Legend…
While I want all the cake back now I keep hearing about patience and how things take time to move through.

Let's kill the NFA, that is the jugular for me.

I'm not motivated to do the math at the moment , but if you go by population, the number will be different.
I went by states we are at 28 which is 56%, if it's the population I couldn't tell you. You figure California has a massive population and that's one of the hardest states to get a permit in while Wyoming is the least populated state and that's permitless.

The Constitution is not subject to a popularity contest.

Our fundamental rights are not to be put to a vote, regardless of the amount of the population who may feel that licenses are good.

It‘s not about the math, or feelings.
