Ammo Status as of 1/5/2013:

No 9mm, .223, or 7.62x39. They had PPU, Remington, and Federal Hollow Point .380s. I was surprised they still had those, but then again, it's not that easy to get a concealed permit in MD.

According to one of the Walmart salespeople, the blue dots indicate they will not be getting that ammo anytime soon.

Yeah, I was in yesterday and told the same thing about the blue dot. Got ammo at engage instead, though I used almost all thousand rounds over the last twenty four hours.

I think I saw CCI 17HMR on the top left. No 22LR. Plenty of 30.06. I think the Federal Hollowpoint was .40 and something else? I think there might be 36 Special? I don't shoot any of that, so I wasn't really paying attention to it.

Plenty of birdshot on the shelves. The Federal 100ct birdshot came out to be the same rate as the 25ct boxes at ~$6 a box.

walmart frederick rt26 had 1600 rounds of 9mm WWB saturday night...that was it for handgun

I'm surprised that Walmart in MoCo is even allowed to sell firearms gear, or county music cds for that matter.

And why the hell is everyone snatching up .22LR? I need target ammo dammit! Still got a box of the 333 Winchester but still.

It still looks about the same yesterday. I picked up another 2 boxes of PPU .380 and it looked like it was still at the same level as last time. No 22s, 9mm, 223, or 7.62x39

I got 22lr last weekend of December at Germantown Walmart.

I was going to take a picture last time I was there, but then an employee briskly walked by grabbing his back and I noticed he sharted in his jeans (the markings were very apparent)! OMG, you can not make this up. That's the people of Walmart for you...

Went to both Walmart in Fred Saturday all they had was .380 and 44mag and hunting ammo lots of 30-06 thouhgh

Off to make a trip to pick up some more 380 and maybe some target loads to balance out the inventory levels.

No .380!! They only had .45 Auto, .45 Colt, and some .38 Special +P left. All the boxes of Federal 12 guage Target Loads were gone! Time to sit on what you have...

UPDATE 1-21-13

HEY GUYS, WENT TO WALMART WITH THE WIFE (AGAINST MY WILL!) AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THEY HAD SOME AMMO. I GRABED THE LAST 5 BOXES OF UMC 250CT BULK 9MM, BUT THEY STILL HAD ABOUT A CASE OF 9MM IN 50CT BOXES (SORRY, DON'T REMEMBER BRAND). THEY ALSO HAD A FEW CASES (YES CASES) OF 7.62X39. NO .223, OR .40. BUT I'M SURE WHAT THEY HAVE WILL MOVE FAST!
