honestly, considering that Hogan is popular, i think the average person put no thought into it, said "well, this sounds okay," and voted yes.
don't presume the electorate is that informed.
Well, the wording is pretty clear; instead of the Governor picking a replacement, he has to choose from a list of 3 names submitted by the GA.
I don't assume the electorate to be well informed, but I'd like to believe they aren't truly stupid.
