No. Uzi pistols are actually more banned, as they're named assault pistols. You can make an Uzi SBR work by cutting it to 15.9" or similar. It's dumb, but it should make OAL.

I have a pre-ban Uzi SBR. It's nice, but it only comes out to play when I'm LARP'ing.
