There's a little gas station/restaurant just south the MD/PA line called Fill Er Up. They have great breakfast. Also get a quart of their Cream of Crab soup. It's about $20. You can thank me later.

I just checked - the event website only states "All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed." However, the venue website lists weapons as prohibited (and indicates screenings are in place). I'd guess it's a no go, but I'm sure that someone will be along shortly to correct if this is not the case.
