The problem is ambiguous laws interpreted by the completely and utterly ignorant. This is the goal of SB281.

Pleasa provide an example of ambiguity. Most of 281 seems pretty clear to me. There are exceptions ie building a "banned" rifle from a legal lower. That will have to be clarified. But transport seems clear.

Whether unfulfilled handgun purchases will work as pre or post Oct 1 procedure ... banned long gun procedure is clear, handgun is not

Perfect example of never consent to a search and don't talk to LE. You don't have to. This guy may have thought the same thing. "I got nothing to hide."
