    I don't know if was ever charged. His firearm was confiscated by an over zealous officer. Don't know the outcome.

    The problem is ambiguous laws interpreted by the completely and utterly ignorant. This is the goal of SB281.

    Pleasa provide an example of ambiguity. Most of 281 seems pretty clear to me. There are exceptions ie building a "banned" rifle from a legal lower. That will have to be clarified. But transport seems clear.

    Whether unfulfilled handgun purchases will work as pre or post Oct 1 procedure ... banned long gun procedure is clear, handgun is not

    Bingo. Bad move like I said, especially in Mo Co.
