Maryland State Police arrested Timothy Davis, 38, after he allegedly got angry and pulled a gun on two customers who were taking selfies while in line in front of him at a convenience store.

Gawd, the least the judge could have done is sent him for a psych eval. The guy is clearly a few fries short of a Happy Meal, and presented an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury to an innocent party.
