Strongly considering starting a company which performs preventative maintenance and service on commercial fitness equipment. Service area initially Frederick, Montgomery, Washington, Carroll and Howard Counties. Would expand if needed and based on success.
Fitness centers we'll target are in Apts, condos, high schools, colleges, corporate buildings, hotels, fire stations, country clubs, county rec centers, senior living, medical & rehab offices, dues paying health clubs and more.
Pipeline would be fed by sales force selling $1M to $1.5M per year and with 15 year history so leads could be quite plentiful.
The right person would be:
- highly motivated, could be a heavily commissioned compensation plan.
- a good problem solver
- mechanically inclined
- reasonably able bodied, lots of crawling on the floor, some lifting.
- locally based.
- tech savvy, could be working with a laptop or tablet.
- highly responsible and dependable.
